Antonov Samples has launched a new realistic electric guitar library for Kontakt, named STR Guitar. The library is based on samples of the iconic Stratocaster electric guitar tones and is designed to provide a balanced and high-quality sound in mixes.
The STR Guitar library features two modes: “Solo” and “Strum”. The “Solo” mode allows users to play individual notes, while the “Strum” mode enables the playing of chords. The library includes more than 40 patterns and 14 types of chords that can be used in the “Strum” mode, offering a wide range of possibilities for musicians and producers.
One of the standout features of the STR Guitar library is the newly programmed “Slide” algorithm. This feature is polyphonic, meaning it allows for slides with single notes as well as with multiple notes simultaneously. Users can slide two, three, or even four notes at the same time, regardless of whether the intervals of the initial and final notes match. This provides a high level of flexibility and creativity for users, enhancing the overall musical experience.
The STR Guitar library is currently available at a 40% discount for its introductory period. However, the expiry date of this offer has not been disclosed.
