Crow Hill Company has announced a temporary pause in its operations to focus on refurbishing and enhancing its product catalogue. This “interval” phase marks the end of what the company refers to as “season one,” during which most of its products will be temporarily unavailable as they undergo updates and improvements.
During this refurbishment period, three key offerings will remain accessible to customers: Dot Allison’s “Dulcet Voice,” Tina Guo’s “Storm Cello,” and Snakes Of Russia’s “Venom.” These products will continue to be available for purchase, ensuring that customers can still access some of the company’s popular items while the rest of the catalogue is being updated.
The company has outlined plans to revamp its website and resource pages, aiming to enhance the overall user experience. Despite the temporary pause in product availability, Crow Hill assures its community that customer support and community engagement will continue without interruption. This includes maintaining active forums, YouTube channels, Instagram presence, podcasts, and competitions, all of which are integral to the company’s community-focused approach.
Christian Henson, the founder of Crow Hill, highlighted the importance of this period of reflection and innovation. He emphasized that the changes are designed to better serve the Crow Hill community and to uphold the quality and excellence of their offerings. The company is committed to ensuring that the improvements will benefit users and maintain the vibrant community that has been built around its products.
To facilitate a smooth transition during this hiatus, Crow Hill will provide special codes to customers, allowing them access to products during this period. The company has reassured its users that their investments are secure and that development on existing products will continue. The anticipated improvements are expected to be implemented in the coming weeks, with a focus on maintaining a dynamic and engaged community throughout the process.
Special promotional codes will be available to customers during the hiatus, ensuring continued access to certain products.
