Indiginus has unveiled its latest product, the Renaxxance II Nylon String Guitar, designed for full Kontakt. This innovative virtual instrument encapsulates the classic sound of a nylon string guitar, enhanced with a new velocity-controlled articulation system, a finger-picking arpeggiator, and a state-of-the-art strum engine capable of producing both classical and Flamenco styles.
The Renaxxance II Nylon String Guitar boasts a bold, upfront sound that blends seamlessly into any mix. It features a range of articulations including hammer-ons, pull-offs, slides, grace note slides, mutes, mordents, harmonics, and mutes. These features provide a wide array of options for musicians to create unique and expressive sounds.
One of the key features of this virtual instrument is ‘The Picker’. This function generates authentic finger-picking patterns when a chord is held, adding a layer of realism to the sound. The instrument also includes an Auto Harmony feature, further expanding the range of sounds that can be produced.
The latest strum engine incorporated in the Renaxxance II Nylon String Guitar includes Flamenco-style patterns. Musicians can choose from preset chords and patterns, edit them, or create their own. The engine also includes a chord recognition feature that translates fingered chords into guitar chords, making it easier for users to create the sound they desire.
The new instrument also introduces fingernail-picked samples that add two forte velocity layers for the sustains, as well as new harmonics samples. These new samples provide a crisp sound when played with intensity and play a crucial role in the new strum engine. In addition, the instrument includes a tremolo feature with speed control that can be synced to note values, and a 12-string simulation for added versatility.
As an introductory offer, the Renaxxance II Nylon String Guitar is available at a 14% discount. Existing owners of the earlier version of the instrument can upgrade to the new version for a fee of $10. The expiry date of this offer has not been disclosed.
