Kiive Audio and Audio Scape, has launched the V-Comp vari-Mu compressor plugin, available for both Windows and Mac. This innovative plugin, developed in direct partnership with AudioScape Engineering, is a faithful digital representation of the renowned Vari-Mu Compressor, offering a unique blend of features only possible in plugin form.
The V-Comp vari-Mu compressor plugin is designed to deliver the same weight and density expected from the original hardware. It offers a highly musical compression and color, a result of the seven onboard tubes and Iron transformer built into the original hardware. This plugin is not just a mere imitation but a near doppelganger of the hardware offering, staying true to AudioScape’s philosophy of “more-real-than-recreated”.
This collaboration between Kiive Audio and AudioScape Engineering has resulted in a product that not only replicates the sound of the original Vari-Mu Compressor but also brings additional features only possible in a digital format. This commitment to authenticity and innovation is a testament to both companies’ dedication to providing high-quality audio solutions.
The V-Comp vari-Mu compressor plugin is currently available at an introductory discount of 40% off. Additionally, customers can avail of an extra 10% off with the code: FTP10. The expiry date of this offer is currently unknown.
