max1mus audio has launched Vert1go spatial audio plugin, currently available at a 25% discount. Vert1go is designed as an immersive auto-panner for surround and Ambisonics workflows, offering detailed movement control across three-dimensional space.
Vert1go is built to provide automated spatial movement for stereo, surround, and immersive audio formats. It supports surround input and output configurations up to 9.1.6, as well as Ambisonics compatibility up to 7th Order Ambisonics (7OA). The plugin is intended for use in surround-capable digital audio workstations and is compatible with Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo, Studio One, Reaper, and Logic Pro.
At the core of Vert1go is a movement engine that allows users to animate sound sources across the X, Y, and Z axes. The plugin includes twelve dedicated movement patterns and provides the option to draw custom XY and height paths. An independent height engine includes 100 preset shapes, enabling vertical motion design alongside horizontal panning.
Vert1go also allows export of XYZ automation data, supporting integration with host automation systems and external workflows. Users can modify pattern direction in clockwise or anti-clockwise modes, engage a bounce mode for ping-pong-style movement, and use a one-click retrigger function for rhythmic resets.
In addition to its spatial capabilities, the plugin incorporates a range of modulation and dynamics tools:
- 32-step trance gate with full ADSR control
- Tempo-synced low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filters
- Modulation effects engine including flanger, phaser, and chorus
Tempo can be synchronized to the host or set manually using tap tempo or non-synced tempo controls. These features are designed to support rhythmic spatial effects and evolving motion patterns within immersive mixes.
Vert1go includes 192 factory presets, described as hand-tuned by the developer, offering starting points for various spatial movement styles and production contexts.
The plugin runs on macOS 14 Sonoma or newer and Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). A surround-capable DAW is required to access its multichannel functionality.
Vert1go is currently priced at €129 EUR excluding VAT, reduced from €170 EUR as part of a limited-time 25% introductory offer. A 14-day free trial is also available. Expiry date for the promotion has not been specified.
