Musical Sampling has launched Hinterland electric guitar library for Kontakt (full version). Hinterland is a fingerstyle electric guitar library that offers a warm and intimate sound, designed to deliver versatile and nuanced tones.
Hinterland’s engine is an enhanced adaptation from the Hoard Fingerstyle guitar. This library is specifically crafted to cater to softer, emotive contexts, while also providing a selection of properly distorted presets for added versatility. Out of the thirteen presets, eleven feature four distinct patches: Sustains (with hammer-ons and pull-offs), legato, harmonics, and fret slides. Each patch carries its own unique character, offering a range from the smooth, mellow tones of the ‘Subway’ preset to the bold, distorted edge of ‘Take The Lead’.
In addition to the standard patches, Hinterland includes two faux ‘Bowed’ patches that utilize the Sustains Hammer Pull engine. These patches are capable of standing out as the centerpiece of a track, adding a unique touch to any composition. To further enhance the sound, a ‘Pedal Swells & Pads’ patch, processed through hardware pedals, is included. This patch is designed to blend with the core guitar patches, adding character, shimmer, and warmth to the overall sound.
Hinterland is currently available at an introductory discount of 29% off. Customers who purchase Hinterland during this promotional period will receive a loyalty coupon code for the second installment of the Neo Guitar Series. This offer is valid until October 10th.
