Native Instruments has unveiled its latest offering, Schema: Light, a melodic step sequencer instrument designed for Kontakt Player. This unique plugin allows users to craft immersive sequences and explore creatively processed sounds, offering a new level of musical creativity and innovation.
Schema: Light is not just a sequencer but a unique sequencing engine that allows users to weave captivating melodic patterns and textures. Users can explore and sculpt creatively processed sounds such as bells, keys, plucked strings, xylophones, and more. The four-layer engine enables the crafting of immersive sequences, adding depth and complexity to any composition.
Schema: Light is an endless source of new ideas, offering a kaleidoscopic collection of soft, layerable upper-range loops within an intuitive step sequencer plugin. Users can quickly generate evolving patterns and customize them with a suite of effects and controls. The sounds of Schema: Light have been processed with vintage preamps, an array of stompboxes, modular systems, tape machines, rare digital synths, and more. Users can reorder sample slices and switch steps on or off for each individual layer, and alter the filter cutoff, decay, pitch, and volume for each step independently.
At the heart of Schema: Light is a unique 16-step sequencer. Users can begin with four tempo-synced loops, each spanning two bars, then toggle up to 16 steps for each layer to create distinctive melodic patterns. The enhanced engine offers advanced scaling possibilities, and the mod wheel adds expression to the sequences. Whether users are seeking rapid results or hands-on sculpting, Schema: Light offers an intuitive interface for any workflow.
The introductory offer for Schema: Light is available at a 34% discount until February 21st.
