Nomad Factory has launched version 4.1.0 of The Blue Tubes Bundle, adding the BlueVerb DRV-2080 v4.x reverb plug-in to the collection. Distributed by Plugivery, the update expands the bundle’s set of processors for mixing and channel-processing workflows.
The Blue Tubes Bundle v4 contains 20 plug-ins spanning equalization, dynamics, modulation, delay, reverb, imaging, saturation, and channel processing. According to Nomad Factory, the collection was originally conceived to bring characteristics associated with analogue studio equipment into digital audio production.
Version 4.1.0 includes BlueVerb DRV-2080, a reverb processor now supplied as part of the bundle. The update also continues the version 4 platform’s internal audio architecture, revised interfaces and workflows, stability updates, and current plug-in format support.
The complete processor list includes:
- Analog Chorus CH2S, Analog Phaser APH2S, and Analog TrackBox
- BrickWall BW2S, Compressor CP2S, Deesser DS2S, Gate Expander GX622, Limiter FA770, and Limiter LM2S
- Equalizer BQ2S, Equalizer BX2S, Equalizer GEQ12, Equalizer PEQ2B, Equalizer PEQ322, and Equalizer PEQ5B
- Oilcan Echo TLE2S, Stereo Imager ST2S, Tempo Delay DL3D, Valve Driver ADR2S, and BlueVerb DRV-2080
Nomad Factory describes the bundle as intended for productions where saturation, tonal processing, and analogue-style processing are part of the workflow, including R&B, hip-hop, rap, pop, and rock projects.
The Blue Tubes Bundle v4.1.0 is available for macOS 11.0 and later, and Windows 10 and later. It supports AAX Native, Audio Unit, VST, and VST3 plug-in formats. Product authorisation requires an internet connection, with up to three computer activations permitted.
