Plugin Alliance has launched Brainworx bx_glue compressor plugin, available for both Windows and Mac operating systems. This unique dual-band glue compressor is inspired by the legendary British bus compressors and is equipped with a host of sophisticated features.
The Brainworx bx_glue compressor plugin is a flexible and innovative tool that offers detailed input, output, and gain reduction meters, along with auto gain control for accurate and easy monitoring. This allows users to match and replicate the character of almost any VCA compressor.
One of the standout features of this plugin is the sophisticated Tilt/Tub Emphasis for dynamic tonal balance and Band Tilt instead of makeup gain to simplify tonal balance. This feature enhances the user’s control over the audio output, providing a refined and balanced sound.
In addition to these, the plugin also offers classic and Dirty total harmonic distortion (THD), Nickel and Iron transformer models, and adjustable XL saturation. These features provide users with a wide range of options to manipulate and enhance their audio output.
The plugin also includes spectral analysis and precise i/o metering, auto gain to conduct level-matched A/B comparisons, Stereo Width and Mono Maker, and an advanced Sidechain Option that allows users to blend external and internal key sources. This comprehensive set of features makes the Brainworx bx_glue compressor plugin a versatile tool for audio production.
The Brainworx bx_glue compressor plugin is compatible with AAX DSP, AAX Native, AU, AAX AudioSuite, VST2, VST3 formats, and can run on macOS 14 down to macOS 11 and Windows 11 down to Windows 10.
