Soniccouture has launched Flowstate, a new virtual instrument for the Kontakt Player, designed to transform and morph audio clips. This innovative tool offers users the ability to create dynamic soundscapes by manipulating audio in unique ways.
Flowstate is equipped with a Harmonic Morphing Engine, allowing users to drag and drop audio clips into the interface. This feature enables the transformation of various audio forms, from drum loops to ambient noise, into musical soundscapes. The instrument includes 100 presets and is fully compatible with the Kontakt Player NKS, providing a versatile platform for sound design.
The main panel of Flowstate serves as an experimental playground, where users can explore and manipulate audio. The Harmonics panel offers control over formants and other synthesis parameters for each harmonic state. This flexibility allows for detailed customization of sound textures, enhancing the creative process.
Additionally, the FX panel in Flowstate includes three configurable inserts, offering a selection of 26 different effects. This array of options provides users with the tools to further refine and shape their audio creations. The instrument’s comprehensive feature set makes it a valuable addition to any sound designer’s toolkit.
Flowstate requires KONTAKT 7 / 8 or KONTAKT 7 / 8 PLAYER version 7.10 or later, ensuring compatibility with the latest software updates. This requirement ensures that users can take full advantage of the instrument’s capabilities.
The product is currently available at an introductory offer with a 40% discount, valid until March 14th.
