SoundGhost has launched a new product named Jumble. This innovative plugin, designed for both Mac and Windows, is a randomised sampler that allows users to create unique ambient soundscapes and backdrops.
Jumble is a distinctive sampler that employs basic randomisation within a limited structure to generate fresh ambient soundscapes and backdrops. Users have the ability to load their preferred sample and let Jumble dynamically transition between random positions, uncovering previously unexplored melodies and rich textures. The output can then be modulated through delays and extensive reverb, and the amplitude and frequency content of the sample can be adjusted to create complex sonic tapestries.
The plugin includes a high-quality state variable filter with switchable high pass and low pass modes, a clear delay, and a spacious reverb. Additionally, it features two LFO modulators for the filter and the sample amplitude. Jumble comes with over 40 presets and supports the creation and recall of user presets with the included preset browser.
Jumble also supports MIDI control and automation. It includes a feature known as “manual mode” that deactivates the internal gate, allowing the playhead to move only when a MIDI note is received.
