UVI has launched Mosaiq 26, the latest version of its virtual instrument designed for Falcon and the free UVI Workstation. The update expands the existing platform with new sound collections, additional presets, and extended performance content.
Mosaiq is structured around a collection-based format, offering more than 2,000 presets organized into 12 modern, genre-based libraries. The instrument is designed to support the creation of evolving sounds shaped through layered sources, modulation, and effect processing. Users can browse presets or build custom patches using integrated sound design tools and performance controls.
Version 26 introduces four new sound collections, further extending the stylistic range of the instrument. Each collection follows the established Mosaiq format, combining curated sound sources with preset programming and performance-ready controls.
In addition to the new collections, version 26 adds dedicated Keys categories across all libraries. These presets are intended for expressive keyboard performance, offering users direct access to playable sounds tailored for melodic and harmonic use.
The expanded library in Mosaiq 26 includes:
- More than 800 exclusive new presets
- Over 500 additional sound sources
- More than 50 new chord banks
These additions apply across the full set of collections, increasing the overall scope of available material within the instrument.
Mosaiq runs within UVI’s Falcon hybrid instrument and is also compatible with the free UVI Workstation. This allows access to the preset library and performance features without requiring the full Falcon environment, while Falcon users can further edit and customize patches at a deeper level using its synthesis and scripting architecture.
The update is available to existing users as an upgrade. Owners of UVI’s SonicBundle are eligible for an additional voucher as part of the release promotion.
Upgrades to Mosaiq 26 are available for €/$39. Owners of SonicBundle receive an additional €/$10 voucher. The introductory 50% discount is available until March 29.
