DawgPound Audio has launched DawgGarage Reverb, a reverb and impulse response loader for Mac and iPad. The plugin is based on recordings made inside a real garage using four microphone positions.
DawgGarage Reverb provides four included garage impulse responses, captured with microphones positioned at different distances, from close to the source area through to the far wall. These positions are intended to provide different room perspectives from the same recorded space.
Each of the plugin’s four slots can also load a user-supplied impulse response, allowing users to combine the included garage recordings with their own IR libraries. The software is designed for applying convolution-based reverb and loading compatible impulse responses within supported audio production environments.
On Mac, DawgGarage Reverb is available in AU and VST3 formats and requires macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon hardware. The iPad edition is provided as an AUv3 plugin and requires iPadOS 16 or later.
DawgGarage Reverb is priced at $9.99 for Mac, with an introductory price of $7.49 available through November 5, 2026. A 14-day free trial is available for the Mac version. The iPad version is priced at $4.99 through the App Store.
