Audio Brewers has launched a new product, the “ab Astrometry Delay”, an advanced multitap three-dimensional delay plugin. This innovative software is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems and is currently available at a discounted introductory price.
The “ab Astrometry Delay” is a sophisticated multitap three-dimensional delay plugin that offers a range of features designed to enhance sound production. One of its key features is an XY Pad with up to eight individual taps, allowing for the creation of immersive soundscapes. Each tap offers viscosity control, enabling users to customize elasticity and sound dynamics. The delay times are adjustable per tap and can be either free or synced. They range from 64T to 2nds, and from 0,001ms to 4s. The taps can operate independently in either Parallel or Serial mode.
In addition to these features, the plugin also includes dynamic ‘Acoustic Spots’ that can be easily repositioned. It also boasts an innovative ‘Dynamic Motion’ algorithm designed to keep the soundfield vibrant and ever-evolving. The plugin is designed with a plug-and-play mentality, making it user-friendly and easy to integrate into existing systems. It is natively compatible with Mono, Stereo, and Ambisonics Signals (1OA through 7OA\*).
The output of the “ab Astrometry Delay” is compatible with a variety of formats, including Stereo, Surround, Binaural, Atmos beds, or any speaker-array configuration through Ambisonics decoding. It is compatible with all major DAWs and comes in AAX | AU | VST3 | AUv3 (X version) formats. The plugin is also compatible with MacOS (M1 and Intel), Windows 10+, and an iOS version called ‘ab Astrometry X’ is available.
