Plugin Alliance has launched Three-Body Technology Trinity Shaper, a transient shaper plugin for Windows and Mac. This innovative tool is designed to manage unruly transients and is powered by ADAA technology, offering users a new level of control over their sound.
The Three-Body Technology Trinity Shaper is a groundbreaking addition to the world of sound shaping, being the first ever tri-stage transient shaper. This unique feature allows it to join the standard Sustain and Attack stages, making it a powerful dynamics shaping tool. Its uses are diverse, ranging from enhancing the punch of drums, cleaning up guitar fret noises, reducing decay, amplifying room sounds, and more.
The plugin provides total control of transients with precise parameters and controls. Users can switch between single and multi-band modes for broad and surgical sculpting. Moreover, it offers fully customizable frequency ranges in multi-band mode, providing an even greater level of control.
The Trinity Shaper is user-friendly, featuring a detailed and intuitive interface. It includes advanced options for waveform display, threshold, and input/output adjustability. To assist users in achieving optimal results, it comes with an extensive preset library.
The plugin also boasts a three-stage transient shaper with a new Body stage, an ADAA Algorithm for superior sound quality and ultra-low workload, and oversampling rates of 2x, 4x, 8x, and 16x. It can switch between multi-band and single-band modes, and features an 8-band parametric sidechain with the basic controls of Kirchhoff-EQ. Additionally, it offers advanced sidechain options and a built-in limiter with a soft clipper algorithm modeled on analog circuits.
The Trinity Shaper supports AAX Native, AU, AAX AudioSuite, VST2, VST3 formats and is compatible with macOS 14 down to macOS 11 and Windows 11 down to Windows 10. The system requirements include a display resolution of 1440 × 900px or 1280 × 960px or higher and 2 GB RAM. The initial version 1.0.0 was released on Sep 12, 2024.
