Sample Logic has launched UltraSphere, a cutting-edge virtual instrument sample engine plugin designed for both Windows and Mac users.
UltraSphere is powered by Sample Logic’s latest independent sample UltraEngine and does not necessitate the use of Kontakt. It provides users with 1,700 Instruments & Presets and a sample content of over 10 GB, which equates to 1,520 audio files. The 4-core sample engine is equipped with intelligent X/Y mixer automation, UltraBand Sound Sculptor for straightforward Core mixing, a dual Arp Sequencer and chord player, and drag and drop LFO, velocity, and key modulators.
In addition to these features, UltraSphere also offers user-defined LFO shapes and gate modulators, hot-swappable Send and Master effects chain technology, multi-mode filters with envelopes, modulators, and velocity, a dynamic tag-based source and preset browser, and full MIDI CC integration for custom control.
The UltraSphere soundscape designer is a powerful tool for creating cinematic soundscapes. It incorporates the latest sound sculpting technologies and modules, enabling users to shape and mold their sonic vision with an extraordinary level of detail.
The system requirements for UltraSphere are MacOS X 10.5 Mavericks, or higher, M1 compatible, 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), Windows 8, 10, or higher, 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended), and 5 GB free disk space for UltraSphere sample content. The plugin is compatible with Mac: Audio Units (AU Component) & VST3 – 64-bit and Windows: VST3 – 64-bit.
